Dan Newhall
Principal
Dan is an experienced RIA operator with a flare for making deals happen.
In his last RIA partnership, Dan and his team grew the business from 400M to 4.5B in AUM in 5 years . Dan was the CCO and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the firm, recruiting more than 25 advisors into the business and executing M&A transactions totaling 4B+ in assets acquired and transitioned. Most recently, Dan co-founded Rise Growth Partners and along with his team, raised 250M in strategic capital for a minority stake investment strategy focused on mid market, regional RIAs.
In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Dan leads a local men’s group in Bozeman, The Journeymen. He holds a B.S. from Williams College and an M.S. from San Francisco State University. He lives in Bozeman with his beautiful wife Lexi and their 2 boys, Dodger & Augustus.
